The course also covers the anatomy and physiology of animals and different first aid treatments that are available. Although the treatment is basically the same between dogs and cats, the advanced course has a dedicated section to cats. This course can be completed at home online and in a classroom.
As an online course - With this, you work through the course over 6 hours and learn from the videos but there is no practical module. You would then complete a practical module locally with one of myself or another approved instructors.
As a blended course - Blended training is where you complete the online module (6 hours) and a practical module (approx 6 hours) locally with an approved instructor where you also cover practical subjects to gain the full qualification certificate. .
